How I work
Each piece is assessed on its own terms. I’ll explain what I recommend, why, and the options available. The aim is a chair that is strong, comfortable and made to be used.

Repairs
I repair and rebuild worn furniture. Work can include frame repairs, spring replacement and renewing internal stuffing. Pieces are stripped back where needed so the structure can be inspected and repaired before reupholstery.
The aim is to make the furniture sound, comfortable and suitable for continued use, while respecting the form of the original piece and the requirements of the customer.

Reupholstery is available for both refreshes and full rebuilds.
